Privacy and cookie policy
Who we are, what we collect on this site, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy explains how Global Prospect Network handles personal information submitted through this website and its partner enquiry form. It was last updated on 28 July 2026.
Who we are
globalprospectnetwork.eu is operated by Basterpstra B.V., Dopheide 10, 9202 PB Drachten, the Netherlands, registered under AFM number 12050993. Global Prospect Network is a trading name of that company. For any question about this policy or about your data, email info@globalprospectnetwork.eu, use the contact form or write to the postal address above.
This website is our business-to-business site. It is aimed at companies that want to receive qualified consumer leads. The consumer-facing brands in the network each publish their own privacy policy covering the consumers who enquire through them.
What we collect on this site
- Partner enquiries. When you submit the partner form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the markets and services you cover and anything else you choose to tell us. The form is hosted by Zoho and the submission is stored in our CRM.
- Campaign and referral data. The form records the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, so we can see which channels produce partner interest.
- Measurement data. If you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager loads measurement tags that collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you accept.
Why we use it
We use partner enquiry data to answer you, to assess whether there is a fit, to prepare an offer and to manage the partner relationship if one starts. We use measurement data to understand which content and campaigns bring in partners, and to improve the site.
Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent for measurement and advertising cookies, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you submit the partner form, on the performance of a contract once you become a partner, on legal obligations where they apply, and on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the service.
Who we share it with
Partner enquiry data is processed by our hosting, form, email, CRM and security providers acting on our instructions, and is shared with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell partner enquiry data.
Consumer leads are a separate flow. Consumers enquire through one of our consumer brands, consent there to being introduced to a professional, and are then passed to a selected partner under a written agreement. Their consent basis and opt-in status travel with the record.
International processing
Our providers process data inside the European Economic Area where possible. Where data reaches a country outside the EEA, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers put in place, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and measurement
Necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Nothing else loads until you accept. When you accept, Google Tag Manager may load analytics and advertising tags under Google Consent Mode. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings button at the bottom left of every page. Zoho Forms sets its own storage when you interact with the partner form and may attach campaign parameters to your submission.
How long we keep it
Partner enquiries are normally kept for no longer than two years after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for a live agreement or a legal obligation. Measurement data follows the retention settings of the measurement platform.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent for cookies at any time. Email info@globalprospectnetwork.eu and we will respond within the statutory period. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security and changes
We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards to the data we hold, but no transmission over the internet is entirely free of risk. When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
