Qualified Cyprus leads, from three brands we own.
Cyprus draws three distinct buyer groups, and we run a separate brand for each. The UK edition is written around third-country status after Brexit, the US edition around the fact that American banks will not finance Cypriot property, and the Dutch edition around the Dutch tax return.
The brands that produce these leads
Every lead in this market comes from one of these sites.
- hypotheekcyprus.nlDutch buyers
- mortgagecyprus.co.ukUK buyers
- mortgagecyprus.comUS and international English speakers
Open any of them. The guides, the intake form and the language a buyer sees are exactly what your leads come out of, so you can judge the source before you take a slot.
Who these buyers are
What shapes demand in this market, and why it changes the kind of partner a buyer needs.
- UK buyers form the largest group and now deal with third-country status, which changes residency and stay limits.
- US buyers usually cannot finance a Cyprus purchase through a domestic lender, so they arrive looking for local options or a cash structure.
- Title deeds and off-plan purchases remain a live concern, which pulls legal partners into the conversation early.
- Many buyers are funding from existing property at home, so the lead is as much about structure as it is about rate.
Lead types and indicative pricing
Three lead types run in this market. Pricing is per delivered lead, with no setup fee and no monthly platform charge.
| Lead type | Indicative price per lead | What the partner receives |
|---|---|---|
| Mortgage & financing | €75 – €125 | Buyer with a financing question, budget indication and purchase timeline. |
| Real estate & buying support | €100 – €150 | Buyer looking for property search, viewings or local buying support. |
| Legal, notarial & tax | €50 – €75 | Buyer with a legal, ownership or tax question about the purchase. |
| Other verticals | Priced per case | Insurance, currency, relocation, renovation and similar services. |
Bands are indicative. The price for a specific slot depends on the destination market, the country the buyer comes from, whether the routing is exclusive and the volume you commit to. Some verticals are priced entirely differently. You get a written quote before anything starts.
All three lead types run here. Mortgage and financing leads skew UK and Dutch, while the US flow tends to arrive as a legal or buying-support enquiry because domestic financing is not available to them.
Delivery and exclusivity
Leads are pushed the moment they clear qualification, by email or straight into your CRM. There is no overnight batch and no queue behind another partner. If a buyer asks for a call back the same afternoon, you can still make that call.
Exclusive routing is available per destination market, per region and per service category. Where a slot is exclusive we do not sell the same lead type in the same area to anyone else, which is why the number of slots is capped.
What you receive per lead
- Full name, email address and phone number, entered by the buyer themselves.
- Origin country: where the buyer lives now, set by the brand they came in through.
- Destination country and the region they are asking about.
- Budget or purchase-price indication and the financing need.
- Timeline, from early orientation to ready to transact.
- Language of the buyer, so you can answer in it.
- Service need: financing, property search, legal or tax.
- Source brand, source URL, first page visited, referrer and campaign trail.
- Consent basis and opt-in status, recorded per lead.
The client-facing side
Partners who want more than lead flow appear on Property Guidance Network, our consumer brand, as a certified Property Guide: your own profile, the PGN mark backed by six audited standards, and buyers who arrive expecting a guided twelve-step purchase rather than a cold enquiry. Same pipeline underneath, a different face to the client.
